Helston's second Street Market was held on Saturday with what has been described as a 'disappointing' result.
The street market, which was held after the storming success of a November Market organised at the last minute when the popular Continental Market pulled out of a previously arranged date, failed to attract the level of stall holders that the first did with only a hanful turning up for a £5 pitch.
The event was publicised in the local press and by flyers issued around Helston by the town council.
So what went wrong? What did you think of the market? The event is supposed to now take place on the last Saturday of every month - something the residents have asked for. But if there is little support, is there any point?
Do you own a local business but didn't take a stall out on the day? If not, why not? Why did something which started off so well, fail the second time?
