Entering India I didn't hold out much hope for a brilliant night. The decor is simple and the room is small but I couldn't have been more wrong. The staff are brilliant - ridiculously helpful and kind. They seem to really care about you enjoying your meal and are filled with recommendations if you're keen to try something new. The 'bring your own' drink system here is making it a massively popular haunt for everyone. I'm definitely going back.

The tastiest Indian food I have ever eaten, and the 'bring your own' policy with regard to alcohol makes a night out more affordable. The staff are super helpful and Ali is always ready with a recommendation if you are finding it hard to choose!!
If you're after a low cost meal then try this place out. They have a bring your own drink policy which really brings the bill down. It's perfect for a big group as you can avoid that horrible bit at the end where some people don't want to pay for the wine on the bill because they didn't drink blah blah blah. The food itself is delicious and the service is friendly, plus the restaurant is in a great central location.

Helston has three Indians which are all pretty good but the one that marks this one out from the others is that you can bring your own drink. This of course helps bring the cost of the meal down. Cost aside, the food is very good and the place has been done out with a fresh, modern feel. A good place to go before a night out in town.

India is a nice restaurant for a friday night meal with your other half or a group meal. The food was really tasty and you need to take your own alcohol as they dont have a licence to serve it which works out quite well i think. I went as part of a large group and we were a little squished as its not that big in there!
